CouchDB Start Stop on Windows

Simple commands to start/stop CouchDB on Windows (DOS prompt)


C:\>net.exe start "apache couchdb"
The Apache CouchDB service is starting.
The Apache CouchDB service was started successfully.

C:\>net.exe stop "apache couchdb"
The Apache CouchDB service is stopping.....
The Apache CouchDB service was stopped successfully.



Default port for couchDB: 5984
